Epilepsy Caregiver Support Groups
Being a caregiver to someone with epilepsy can be a journey, but it doesn’t have to be one traversed alone. Join us monthly to get support from people who understand what it’s like.

Peer 2 Peer Support Program for Individuals Living with Epilepsy and Their Caregivers
Our Peer 2 Peer Support Program matches anyone at least 16 years old, including caregivers, with a peer mentor who has been living well with epilepsy for at least two years to engage in meaningful, supportive relationship building.
Ages: 16+
Project UPLIFT: Free Mental Health Group for Adults Living with Epilepsy
Project UPLIFT is an eight-week, small group program for adults living with epilepsy. It’s designed to improve negative feelings and overall psychological quality of life by teaching skills and habits to better manage low mood, anxiety and depression. No cost to participate. For individuals newly diagnosed with epilepsy, or individuals struggling with their diagnosis.
Ages: 17+
Support Group for Adults Living with Epilepsy
If you’re an adult living with epilepsy, join Epilepsy Association of Calgary every month for their Adult Support Group. Don’t hesitate, you are not alone.
Ages: 18+
About this Organization
The Epilepsy Association of Calgary is a charitable social service agency addressing community, individual and family needs related to epilepsy. With help from our local supporters, we’ve served Calgary and Southern Alberta since 1955 and continue to improve the quality of life for people living with epilepsy.
