Peer 2 Peer Support Program for Individuals Living with Epilepsy and Their Caregivers

Being a caregiver to someone with epilepsy can be a journey, but it doesn’t have to be one traversed alone. Join us monthly to get support from people who understand what it’s like.

Our Peer 2 Peer Support Program matches anyone at least 16 years old, including caregivers, with a peer mentor who has been living well with epilepsy for at least two years to engage in meaningful, supportive relationship building.

Project UPLIFT is an eight-week, small group program for adults living with epilepsy. It’s designed to improve negative feelings and overall psychological quality of life by teaching skills and habits to better manage low mood, anxiety and depression. No cost to participate. For individuals newly diagnosed with epilepsy, or individuals struggling with their diagnosis.
