Jordan's Principle Applications
Jordan’s Principle responds to the unmet health, education and social needs of First Nations and Inuit children living in Canada. The First Nations Health Consortium provides an enhanced service coordination model which assists families in accessing Jordan’s Principle.
Ages: 0-17
Youth in Transition to Adulthood Initiative
Youth in Transition to Adulthood initiative is about making connections and linkages between young people and required support services, including assistance with applications and identifying gaps in services for young people who are aging out Jordan’s Principle and other services in the community, regardless of residency (on or off-Reserve)
Ages: 14-20
About this Organization
The First Nations Health Consortium (FNHC) is an Alberta-wide organization developed to improve access to health, social, and education services and supports to First Nations and Inuit Children throughout the province, living both on and off reserve.
