Jordan’s Principle responds to the unmet health, education and social needs of First Nations and Inuit children living in Canada. The First Nations Health Consortium provides an enhanced service coordination model which assists families in accessing Jordan’s Principle.

Youth in Transition to Adulthood initiative is about making connections and linkages between young people and required support services, including assistance with applications and identifying gaps in services for young people who are aging out Jordan’s Principle and other services in the community, regardless of residency (on or off-Reserve)
