Bow Valley Equine Adaptive (formerly Rundle Riders Therapeutic Riding Association) is an adaptive (therapeutic) horse program for children and adults with intellectual, emotional, and physical challenges offering both riding programs and horsemanship – a vital program & unique to BVEA. Located in Canmore, Alberta, BVEA was incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 2001. As the only therapeutic riding organization in the Bow Valley, BVEA serves participants from Lake Louise to Canmore and Kananaskis and on occasion, participants from Calgary.
