Form Assistance - AISH/Appeals, CPPD/Appeals, Leisure Access Pass, Alberta Health Benefit, Disability Tax Credit (DTC), and Personal Taxes

Voices of Albertans with Disabilities can support with a variety of applications and forms, including AISH, CPPD, and the Disability Tax Credit (DTC).

With this program, Voices of Albertans with Disabilities support students who have a disability to achieve their post-secondary goals. To be eligible for the Education for Life Bursary, applicants must have a disability, live in Alberta, be registered for post secondary program, and meet eligibility criteria (see website for full details).
