Peer Support Program for Youth and Adults with Eating Disorders

A no-cost program for anyone working towards eating disorder recovery. Our diverse team of volunteer mentors have one thing in common and it’s that they deeply understand the highs and lows of eating disorder recovery because they have all walked that path themselves. They also understand how important empathetic support can be while you are in this chapter. This program is free for anyone who needs it. Open to Canadian residents.

If someone you love and care for is struggling with an eating disorder, you are not alone. We’re here to support you. This 4 week workshop is for parents and loved ones coping with the many challenges of caring for someone they love struggling with an eating disorder. These 2-hour sessions include working with an experienced eating disorder therapist in a small group setting. As a group member, you will gain valuable insights about the role you play as caregiver in the context of eating disorder recovery. This group also provides a non-judgemental space to connect with others working with similar issues and explore topics and questions specific to your own situation.
