Autism Caregiver and Individual Support Groups
Autism Calgary offers several support groups for caregivers and individuals including the: Autism Support Network (ASN), Biomedical Group, Fathers’ Autism Network (FAN), and the Keeping It Together (KIT) Mother’s Group.

Family and Individual Support for those Living with Autism
Family Support is a core function of Autism Calgary. We provide support to individuals and families living with ASD at all stages of their journey. Our Family Support Team can offer peer support, answer all your ASD-related questions, provide resources and information, and help you to navigate the various systems you may be trying to access (diagnostic, health care, education, government funding, etc.).

Counselling for Families and Individuals with Autism
Autism Calgary provides counselling with a Registered Provisional Psychologist with experience and knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and mental health. In-person and virtual counselling is available for Autistic adults, teens and children (ages 10+), Families (parents, siblings, partners, etc.), and Residents across Alberta.

FSCD Eligible
Biomedical Support Network
For anyone interested in complementary, alternative, or medical interventions to improve their health, and their autistic loved ones. A sample of the past topics discussed in this group are: special diets, sensory integration therapies, and biofeedback, among others. This group may host presentations, or have round table discussions.

Autism Calgary is an association of individuals and families living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) striving to assist each other and the broader community so that those with ASD live meaningful and purposeful lives in a community that values them.
